Once an order has been dispatched, Clariel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control or operational capacity.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within a limited period following delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved accordingly.
